Public bug reported:
When I play music through alsa-player through JACK, the music volume fluctuates
randomly, and quickly. After several minutes, the volume will settle out.
Pulse does the same thing too. I have tried playing music in Windoze, and this
problem does not occur, so it is not a speaker issue.
