Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

In the window Format/Caractère (Format/Character, I presume), Tabs "Effets de
caractères", Field "Effets", we have 4 choices:
1> (Sans)
2> Majuscules
3> Minuscules
4> Caractères du titre
5> Petites majuscules

In this list, "Majuscules" should be replaced by "Capitales", "Petites
majuscules" by "Petites capitales" and "Minuscules" by "Bas de casse".

The difference is that "Majuscule" and "Minuscule" refer to the
character itself (so how it is stored in the machine), where "Capitale"
and "Bas de casse" refer to the way it is printed or displayed. In other
words : "Mother" has 1 Majuscule and 5 Minuscule, and is printed with 1
Capitale and 5 Bas de casse. The same word can also be printed with 6
Capitales, the word itself remaining Mother.

You can refer to http://users.skynet.be/typographie/faq/Capac.html for
more information.
