Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.
We think this bug should be now fixed, can you try to reproduce it again? I
tried to played a little with some settings to see if we can have a better
feedback on UNE, but I reverted this change (FYI, it's a gonf key in
/apps/maximus/undecorate which can be set as true or false).
In the meanwhile, I set the report as Fix Released for easier tracking,
do not hesitate to set it as Confirmed again if the bug is still present
for you.

Window picker panel applet normally included with netbook remix will not
integrate title bar of maximized windows into the panel. *not using netbook
remix* *no problem in 9.10*
