I think this is a duplicate of bug 510524. Can you please follow it to
see if it fixes your issue. As a first attempt, try updating plymouth
and then booting again. If that still doesn't work, try removing
plymouth for right now.
If you do find that this is the same issue, please mark this bug as a
duplicate.
