Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I have a dual display setup with a top panel on each display. Today at
12:16 the clock on one of those panels stopped altogether. The other
clock continued to update. On examination the stopped clock showed no
locations. I added my location and it started working again. This is the
second time that this has happened. The first time the locations still
appeared below the calendar, and the time in the locations was accurate.
The time shown in the panel was stopped, though. It wasn't just showing
the wrong time zone. The whole time was off and didn't change for
several hours. I think I had to log out and log back in to reset it.

** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
