I've marked this as triaged/wishlist, but this is pretty unlikely to
happen; I do not want to deal with grub4dos outside very confined
situations since it's never going to be a properly supported option with
GRUB upstream, and in general I would much rather ensure that Windows
can be booted successfully from Ubuntu's boot loader rather than making
Ubuntu secondary to Windows' boot loader.  Sorry.
