Thanks for filing a bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Unfortunately, there seems to be some information missing that could
greatly help us in identifying the problem you are facing.
Please respond to this bug by adding an excerpt of /var/log/syslog, as
well as, if possible, the contents of /etc/resolv.conf and the output of
the '/sbin/ifconfig -a' command, as they are set when network-manager is
running and when you see
If you want to do this quickly and simply, you can run the 'apport-
collect 503545' command (again, network-manager should be installed and
running (as you experience slowdowns) when you do this). In this case
you will still need to include the contents of /etc/resolv.conf. Note
that some of the information included could be sensitive.
