Sure:
1. start virt-manager,
2. connect to the vm server
3. create new machine (RMB->New)
4. provide name and choose local install media
5. choose Use ISO image and provide iso file using Browse
6. press next on step 3 (CPUs and memory)
7. press next on step 4 (Enable storage, Create image, Allocate)
8. press Finish.

After a while error is reported.
