** Description changed: Binary package hint: transcode I'm using dvd::rip since ubuntu 7.04 but starting from ubuntu 9.10 I'm not able to rip many dvd (on AMD64). More specifically, dvd::rip completes first encoding pass, start the second pass, runs for few seconds and build a small final .avi file (small means 2 kb...). I try to execute in a command window the transcode command launched by dvd::rip and the result is the same. - I decided to opne the bug about transocde since dvd::rip simply calls + I decided to open the bug about transcode since dvd::rip simply calls transcode and launching the single transcode command gives the same result.
