Public bug reported: This is an extension for sqlite3 which implements the REGEXP operator using libpcre. By default, sqlite doesn't have an implementation of the REGEXP operator.
The original code is from http://git.altlinux.org/people/at/packages/?p=sqlite3-pcre.git I've added to the package to provide a makefile and a downloadable tarball at http://mosquitto.atchoo.org/files/other/sqlite3-pcre/ License: Public domain This is a library, but isn't a shared library as such because it will only be loaded by sqlite.
