P.D. As I said in comment #6, the bug in aboutCertError.dtd file still is appearing. I thought it would be fixed at the same time... I've described the problem with Certifications in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.5/+bug/472327 and attached a patch to solve it.
