Thank you for taking the time to report your bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. You filed this bug against the Ubuntu One Client. Reviewing your bug
description i see no mention of a problem with Ubuntu One. However i went ahead
and reviewed you Ubuntu One logs. There is an issue in the logs that has been
fixed with the newer Ubuntu One client. You can update your Ubuntu One client
by following the direction found at the link below:

As far as the issues relating to Network Manager and your Themes, please file a
separate bug for each issue you are having. This way they can be addressed
