Binary package hint: nautilus
Go to
Add to Panel -> Choose "Custom Application Launcher".
Yow will be prompted for the app name etc.,
Click on the icon. You will be asked to choose from a collection of
icons.
Choose browse. Try to browse around there.
Choose Search. Try to move from there to any other item on the left panel
there. You will see the problem
