The uploaded popfile_1.1.1.orig.tar.gz has been modified!
Additionally to the files from the upstream popfile-1.1.1.zip it contains all
files from the popfile_1.1.1-0ubuntu1.diff.gz:

Makefile
Please upload a fixed upstream tarball!
BTW.
It might be useful to strip out windows newlines with repacksrc.sh and name it
popfile_1.1.1+dfsg.orig.tar.gz

sed -e "s/\r//g" -i $curfile
done
