According to your error_log your computer looses connection to the
printer. This looks much like a USB problem. Please do the following:

First, prepare for getting a debug error_log as described on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems in the section "CUPS
error_log".

Print documents of the same type and size on your Lexmark E210. Does the
problem occur there, too?

Execute the shell command

cupsenable Stylus-CX7400

and print on your Epson until the problem occurs again, and then execute
the following commands and post their output here:

lsmod | grep usb
ls -l /dev/usb/lp* /dev/usblp* /dev/bus/usb/*/*
sudo ls -l /dev/usb/lp* /dev/usblp* /dev/bus/usb/*/*
lsusb
sudo lsusb
sudo lsusb -vvv
lpinfo -v
sudo lpinfo -v
lpstat -p

Attach your error_log to this bug report.
