Could you please open the terminal and type;

apport-collect 506786

In this particular case it is also essential that you attactch the
"installer" log file. This will either be in;

File system > var > log

or in you Home folder.

Please use the "Add attatchment of patch" at the bottom of this page to
do this.

If you have found a solution or the bug is no longer an issue then
please could you let me know so I can close the bug. Thank you.
