All right! I got and installed the 2.6.32-020632 i386 kernel. I restarted, and reinstalled ath5k through compat-wireless-2010-01-27, and restarted again. Wireless still isn't working. According to lshw, the card is still marked DISABLED and it's not detecting any wireless networks, but the driver is still ath5k. So it seems like it's still a bug. Anything else I can do?
