Hi NA, Thank you for attaching the log files. Based on what is showing there, it doesn't seem like you have the latest version of the client installed. Can you run the following command from a terminal session (Applications->Accessories->Terminal) and let me know what it reports?
sudo apt-cache policy ubuntuone-client Also, please make sure you quit the Ubuntu One client and start it up again after doing the update.
