Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

column "I" has approximately 600 unique numbers
(-0.309,-0.308,-0.307,....,-0.001,0.000,0.001,....,0.274).
Each row in column "J" has a formula similar to the following forumula for cell
J249:
=COUNTIF(H$3:H$15084,I249)

Column H has 15084 rows of data that are numbers between -0.309 and
0.274. These numbers represent "results" so I'm trying to tally the
number of times each "result" occurs in column H.

The countif() function seems to stop working when the "count" gets above
37 then starts working again further down column J when the count gets
below 22 again.

Hey, Wouldn't it just be easier if I attach the file? Look at column
J249 through J408.
