He says that when he tries to connect to his accounts, Empathy doesn't find them (sic) though they're active (sic). Then he seems to have a network error message, but we don't know which one exactly. He adds he's connected to Internet by an Orange Box (ADSL modem), using wired connection (probably ethernet) and with a switch (probably ethernet too, but not explicitly mentioned and the Orange Box also supports USB connection).
