I don't think that's a good reason to reject this problem, as this is
just a limitation of current kernel suspend, not any inherent problem
with swap files.

I don't know what's the status of kernel suspend code, but it seems that
suspend2 supports swapfiles. See: http://www.suspend2.net/features
