Binary package hint: network-manager

1. Take a 3G modem and a SIM card that requires a PIN code.
2. Setup the connection and connect with network manager. This works fine.
3. Suspend the computer and resume it.
4. Try to reconnect with network manager and the connection won't be 
established.

It seems networkmanager thinks the modem has already been given the PIN
code while the modem disagrees as it was powered down after been given
the PIN before suspending the computer.

During the failed connection establishment, syslog will be flooded with the 
following message sequence:
