Binary package hint: kdepim
I'm running in a German locale.
Subjects that have encoding, are corrupted and displayed as chinese
characters. See attached screenshot.
The file
/home/andreas/.kde/share/apps/kmail/imap/.1492368732.directory/INBOX
contains for example, which probably correspond to the first two
displayed messages in the attached screenshot:
