Same problem with Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 and Windows XP sp3... it seems, we match this problem only with certain html message received... I noticed this trick, if I view the message as "simple html" and click forward it doesn't show the original body message, but if we see the original message as "original html" or "text" and then we clik forword, the original body has shown... for the while this could be a workaround.
