Binary package hint: xorg
I'm using Kubuntu Feisty Herd 5 on a Dell Inspiron 6400 and my touchpad
horizontal scrolling have been disabled since Dapper.
To work around this, I must either comment or remove the following line from
/etc/X11/xorg.conf:
Option "HorizScrollDelta" "0"
