If you are referring to the i810_drv.so that is available on Alan Hourihan's site (link above), then this is still the old one, dated 2006-11-24 07:06.
I tested this one, and it did not solve the problem. Moreover, the bugzilla report above is now closed with Alan asking people to open a new report. Or are you referring to some other place for upload?
