I killed pulseaudio and ran "PULSE_NO_SIMD=1 pulseaudio -vvvv" from the shell which fixed the problem. Then i ran "pulseaudio -vvvv" without the variable being set and the problem was still gone. Then i ran pulseaudio & from another shell and still everything works. I put the system into suspend to ram (standby) before, maybe this causes the hickup.
