Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager-openvpn

It is not possible to set the fragment size of an OpenVPN connection in
Network Manager with the openvpn plugin. I'm unable to connect to VPN
networks with custom fragment sizes correctly. I can connect to them and
get an IP address but not ping any other IP.
