Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

I am currently using OpenOffice to write a professional resume, which
includes my mobile phone number. In New Zealand it is conventional to
write mobile phone numbers without hyphens or brackets. Unfortunately if
I do this, the initial zero is always deleted as soon as I relocate the
cursor or save. My contact details including the mobile phone number are
in a table. My phone number is not valid without the initial zero.
