Public bug reported:
libdbusmenu-qt needs moved to main. This is needed for the patches the
desktop exerience team are adding to kdelibs (here and upstream).
I checked that the package meets the UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements.
libdbusmenu-qt is not in Debian (it's new and written by the desktop
experience team).
