Hi, We have a similar problem on Dell Lattitude D620. Adding "options snd- hda-intel model=ref" at the end of "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base" solves the problem (obviously a confusion between the internal mic and the external mic). I will try to test with Feisty.
