You seem to have 2 different issues, one is the adblock plus is blocking your flash, and the second one is a known bug with the flash wrapper on 64-bit. The bug in the flash wrapper is causing the greying and the original bug number for that is LP: #238606. Please add any additional comments you have on that issue to that bug.
