8.10 had a slow start up for most people anyway we have worked hard to
fix the problem in 9.04 and 9.10. You havent given much information to
help me diagnose the bug so im marking as invalid. Could you please look
at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs in particular the
section on "Writing a useful report".
