I witnessed a similar problem in Karmic. I've played a few rounds of mines and this is the first time that this has happened, Obviously I won't be able to reproduce it as it seems rare. Seems a pretty major problem though in as far as silly games can have major problems :-) The problem is with the "4" next to the exploded mine. It should be a five. Screenshot attached
