Hi Barry, Thanks for the feedback. I do not get any error messages when I start scigraphica. Am attaching the text output when I wanted to install scigraphica, and what happens during the post-install configuration process. Also am attaching a snapshot of the scigraphica, devoid of any text. I do agree it is very likely a font problem.
