For the third time, yes, I know the general locale code is working as
expected and it's not that I'm complaining about.

I'm am complaining about the sort order specifed in the en_* locales.
Ignoring case makes sense, as long as after ignoring the order is consistent 
and not random (ie: Aa,aa *always* and not aa,Aa sometimes) but ignoring 
punctuation such that a. sorts after aa is just plain wrong. As a native of 
several of the en_* locales I'm pretty sure I'm right on this...

So, please re-file this bug so that it's in the right area for what I've
actually reported (I don't know what that is...) rather than coreutils,
which is working perfectly.
