Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kaffeine
When I stop watching TV (DVB-T) and then start it again, playback does not start. Instead of this, the OSD repeats the messages "Stopped". It does not matter if I use context-menu commands, shortkeys or the mouse command buttons. To restart playback, I have to double click on any TV channel name now. The problem has been introduced by an update within the last 3 weeks. I have the same problem on two different computers, both using the same DVB-T Stick and driver (Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-T, div0700 driver, detects the device as dibcom7000PC) Release is Ubuntu 9.10 Kaffeine 1.0~pre2-0ubuntu1 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Sat Jan 2 18:43:37 2010 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/kaffeine InstallationMedia: Kubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" - Release i386 (20091028.5) NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: kaffeine 1.0~pre2-0ubuntu1 ProcEnviron: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-16.53-generic SourcePackage: kaffeine Uname: Linux 2.6.31-16-generic i686 ** Affects: kaffeine (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 -- cannot restart DVB Playback https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/502381 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
