Having tried a lot of the kernels from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel- ppa/mainline/ i found that the freeze starts to occur at v2.6.31.2.
Specifically, this works fine: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.31.1/linux-image-2.6.31-02063101-generic_2.6.31-02063101_i386.deb This freezes: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.31.2/linux-image-2.6.31-02063102-generic_2.6.31-02063102_i386.deb Could someone else please confirm my observations?
