this will break all applications that have been built against ubuntu's system ffmpeg that is currently at version 0.5. It will probably do. and I could just add the build dependency and built the system ffmpeg against opencore-amr. However for license reasons, this would render the resulting ffmpeg libraries to be licensed as GPLv3.
