Does not work for me.

I did not previously have qpsmtpd installed and so I was installing the
proposed version from scratch. When setting up qpsmtpd I got the
following warning:

adduser: Warning: that home directory does not belong to the user you
are currently creating.

qpsmtpd did not run.

Attempting to start it manually after installation did not work either.

I'm not yet sure if this is another issue that needs to be reported or a
problem with this fix.
