This issue is occurring on my regular Karmic install as well(not the netbook edition). My issue seems to be that back in the day I was editing the menu and deleted the stupid submenus and ever since I have had to manually add most every game I install to the game menu because a shortcut is not automatically created for most games. Mupen64 created its own shortcut link regardless of this issue so apparently it is not affected if that may help. ...re-adding the submenus does not appear to fix anything btw. I really hope this gets fixed by Lucid's release.
