Confirming the bug with M2V-MX motherboard with K8M890CE (integrated GPU). Mouse cursor is an ugly block with random colored pixels, the desktop size is too big for the monitor, resolution max 800x600 and the whole system is quite slow. Perhaps related to this bug - Open Office icons (for different tools etc.) do not show at all. I've tried different BIOS-settings, but problems still exist. It's a really troubling bug and not only a visual annoyance. Vesa-drivers do not work at all, so can't even use them at the moment.
