Thanks Dave and Micah for your assistance. I was able to log in using a
new profile, but it turns out the problem was with an old cache file
rather than conflict with any extensions. I sent some feedback through
to SEEK, here's what they responded with:

Hi Geoff
 Thanks for your email.

The problem may be caused by your browser or Proxy server having an old
cached file. In order to clear up the problem, please try refreshing
your browser by hitting CTRL-F5 (command R on Mac) a few times when on
the APPLICATION page. You may need to do this up to 10 times to force
the proxy server to get the updated file and apply successfully. If the
problem still exists after performing the above -- please try the
following too.

After clearing the cache the link has now begun responding again, using my 
default profile. Thanks again for your help :)
