Public bug reported:
In KDE frontend, when clicking Add CD-ROM without a CD in the drive it
pops up two dialogues, one says "waiting for disc" one says "please
insert a disc". If I click cancel on "please insert a disc" the
"waiting for disc" dialogue disappears but shortly reappears.
