Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-l10n-fr

I've tried to switch the Gnome default language to French.
The I had several messages about an incompatibility between gwenview and
kde-l10n (both using the same file); so I purged the package gwenview then I've
reinstalled kde-l10n and I declared my windows & menus language as being the
French.

Then, reloging again in French I've noticed that message in the upper
panel.
