I am experiencing the bug exactly as described by B1ackcr0w on an Eeepc 1000HE, with UNR 9.10 latest updates. However, I find that by selecting "Fill Screen," I avoid the vertical squashing of the previous wallpaper when selecting the space one.
Sux because the space one is the coolest looking stock wallpaper :-( I'm getting by with the grass one in the meantime...
