Q1. Is this reproducible? - Probably. Q2. If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug? - I don't know. All I know is; the day it started I was playing with some themes and Compiz settings. Sure, I reset everything to like it was before (to the best of my knowledge) but, this very frustrating bug still persist. Sorry for not being more specific, but I'm only the user, who doesn't know much about geek stuff.
