To Diogo Matsubara: I entered on my user page, clicked on the left menu bug link, clicked on the Rosetta link, then I saw "Report a bug", that's the end of the story. After that I realized that there's a drop-down menu on the launchpad link, on the upper left corner. Maybe you could use a web-form widget, which would read: "Go to...", and you select from the drop-down list where you want to go :)
To hggdh: Yes, that's it, as simple as that. I click on "Report a problem..." and nothing happens, only the tipical window button on the window list panel, saying "Launching Report a problem...", but it ends up disappearing, without "Report a problem..." being launched. My Ubuntu Feisty installation comes from a dist-upgrade from Edgy. -- "Report a problem..." option under System menu doesn't work.
