We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem. Is this problem reproducible when attempting to install any application or just a specific application? Do other buttons in the Software-Center function normally? Would it be possible to take a video of the problem? If so then please attach a video to this bug report. Do you receive any errors when the application is loading or exiting?
