I have something very similar on a Dell Latidude D810. If I use Fn+F3 to
disable radios, then again to reenable them, bluetooth is blocked by
rfkill. Just issuing sudo rfkill unblock 1 makes it possible to reenable
bluetooth. Without that, I get the "Can't init device hci0: Unknown
error 132 (132)" error when I try to manually reenable bluetooth.
